Ann earned her Doctorate in Nursing Practice, Registered in Oregon as an Adult Nurse Practitioner, and specializes in ages 13 and up.  She has experience in Urgent Care and Occupational Medicine, is certified thru FMCSA National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners for Commercial Drivers Licenses, has Advanced certification in Wound and Ostomy Care, and has Specialty Certification in Gerontology.

Prior, Ann worked as an RN in Acute Care Hospitals, Home Health and Hospice, Wound Ostomy Care, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Group Homes, Assisted Living, and Memory Care.  She is skilled at collaborating with specialists on interdisciplinary teams to manage complex patients and believes that patients and their caregivers belong at the center of the care-team.

Prior to her 20 years in healthcare, Ann earned her first degree in Chinese Literature and Language, learning to read, write and speak Mandarin Chinese.  She lived in China both in college and when in the Peace Corps.  She loves music and plays the Oboe and Piano.  Ann hiked 93 days on the Pacific Crest Trail and lived on a Sailboat in Seattle for 5 years.

Ann lives in Bend, OR with her husband and son, 2 dogs, 30 fish and a Gecko.  She loves to ski, run, bike, boat, camp, the performing arts, and culinary endeavors.
